SHIPPING METHODS, RESTRICTIONS, INTERNATIONAL, RATES, TRACKING, AND DELIVERY?

We use DHL or FedEx shipping to fulfill customer order delivery.

All shipping is insured and, therefore, needs a signature at time of delivery.

For FedEx: What happens when no one is available at my home or office to accept a shipment?.

For DHL: DHL eCommerce Frequently Asked Questions or use DHL On Demand Delivery web-service to manage your shipping destination delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses (Shipping to P.O. Box addresses is, currently, uninsurable).

We do not ship to Army (and Air Force) Post Office (APO), and Fleet (Navy) Post Office (FPO), addresses.

International shipments must be custom cleared. Customs clearance processing times differ from country to country and cannot be influenced by the Shipper. For some countries, duties and taxes may be due. Customs may hold your shipment because they require more information. In this case, they will contact you.

Duties and taxes are consumption taxes. Customs duties are levied on certain goods purchased abroad (HERDAHL-THORSING ships, our EDT collection, from the USA to your international destination address). Value added taxes (VAT) or goods and services taxes (GST) are usually levied in the country where the purchased goods are consumed. Duties and taxes differ per country. Depending on country, duties and taxes are settled with the post office or the customs office. You can find more information about customs on the website of your local customs authority.

For shipping to Contiguous US, the usual rate will average up to $12.50 per shipment and transit times typically vary from 2 to less than 6 business days throughout the Contiguous US.

For shipping to Alaska, the usual rate will average from $22.50 up to $48.00 per shipment and transit times typically vary from 2 to 7 business days to Alaska.

For shipping to Hawaii, the usual rate will average from $22.50 up to $48.00 per shipment and transit times typically vary from 2 to 7 business days to Hawaii.

These shipping rates are a base average. Depending on your delivery location, these rates and transit times may change.

Once your order has been shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping service provider to safeguard the product until it has arrived at your desired location. You are able to track your shipment at the link provided in your email order-complete confirmation, and in your online account with us.


CAN I ORDER FRAGRANCE SAMPLES?

EDT samples are available to order from our Online Store.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

EDT products are non-returnable and non-refundable.


CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS?

If you wish to cancel your order then you may begin the process through our Contact Us page.

We will be unable to cancel any order already shipped.


DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Yes, you will automatically create an online account with us when you place your first order. You will provide your own password.


I FORGOT MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD. WHAT NOW?

No, we neither record nor store any identifiable credit card details on our Site.
