COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO?

We ship via ground service, and, for now, throughout the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii only.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping outside these countries. However we will offer full international shipping in the future.


SHIPPING METHODS, RATES, TRACKING, AND DELIVERY?

We ship via ground service, and, for now, throughout the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii, only.

All shipping is insured and, therefore, needs a signature at time of delivery (what to do if you are unavailable or unable to sign at time of delivery).

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses (Shipping to P.O.Box addresses is, currently, uninsurable).

We do not ship to Army (and Air Force) Post Office (APO), and Fleet (Navy) Post Office (FPO), addresses.

For shipping to Continental US, your usual rate will average $13.50 per shipment and transit times typically vary from 2 to 5 business days throughout the US.

For shipping to Alaska, your usual rate will average $37.00 per shipment and transit times typically vary from 3 to 7 business days to Alaska.

For shipping to Hawaii, your usual rate will average $37.00 per shipment and transit times typically vary from 3 to 7 business days to Hawaii.

Once your order has been shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping service provider to safeguard the product until it has arrived at your desired location. You are able to track your shipment at the link provided in your email order-complete confirmation, and in your online account with us.

These shipping rates are a base average. Depending on your delivery location, these rates and transit times may change.


CAN I ORDER FRAGRANCE SAMPLES?

Unfortunately we cannot offer any fragrance samples.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Fragrances are non-returnable and non-refundable.


CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS?

If you wish to cancel your order then you may begin the process through our Contact Us page.

We will be unable to cancel any order already shipped.


DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Yes, you will automatically create an online account with us when you place your first order. You will provide your own password.


I FORGOT MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD. WHAT NOW?

No, we neither record nor store any identifiable credit card details on our Site.
